Spring Mini Shoot: Mother's Day Eve

Everything you need to know

CLOTHING: the #1 question I'm asked is “what should I wear?" There are no rules - colours, back & white, stripes or patterns, it all works. What's key is that it's something that you feel comfortable in. Choose clothes that make you feel good and that you can move freely in as we'll likely take shots standing, sitting and moving around.

WEATHER: I will be paying close attention to the weather predictions in the lead up to the day, should we be faced with torrential rain I will make a call the day before and offer alternate dates.

NERVES: It’s natural to feel a bit nervous in advance! But don’t worry, you don’t need to ‘know how to pose’, we will keep everything feeling relaxed and I’ll be able to give you guidance on the day.

Kids & four legged friends

SNACKS: Feel free to bring an array of snacks, I know from experience children are hungry little humans so more than happy for snack breaks!

TOYS: Feel free to bring along things that your children enjoy playing with - bubbles, a football, a favourite teddy. We can incorporate these into our session.



PETS: The whole family can be a part of this shoot, whether they have two legs or four!

LOCATION: The sessions will take place at Houghton House just outside of Ampthill:

Houghton House, Hazelwood Ln, Ampthill, Pine View Park, Bedford MK45 2EZ

Please allow time to park in the car park and walk down to the house (This will take about 5 mins. With little legs it may take longer, It is pram friendly!)
